Although the upcoming season will be a fresh one for the Ontario Reign, their opponents will stay the same.

With their opponents announced for the 2025-26 campaign, the Reign are set to play the same 11 teams. Their opponents will be against the nine teams in their division, with their out-of-division matchups against the Iowa Wild and Texas Stars once again.

The 2024-25 season marked the first time the Reign faced a team outside of the Pacific Division since the 2021-22 campaign when they played the Grand Rapids Griffins four times. Following the 2021-22 season, the Reign played the other nine teams in the division eight times a year over the next two seasons to round out the 72-game schedule.

With their opponents announced, here are the 11 teams they will face in the upcoming campaign and their record against them during the 2024-25 season.

  • Abbotsford Canucks (1-3-0-0)
  • Bakersfield Condors (3-1-0-0)
  • Calgary Wranglers (6-1-1-0)
  • Coachella Valley Firebirds (4-4-0-0)
  • Colorado Eagles (4-4-0-0)
  • Henderson Silver Knights (6-2-0-0)
  • Iowa Wild (2-2-0-0)
  • San Diego Gulls (4-1-2-1)
  • San Jose Barracuda (5-3-0-0)
  • Texas Stars (2-2-0-0)
  • Tucson Roadrunners (6-2-0-0)

All that is left to unveil is the 2025-26 schedule. The home opener for the Reign is scheduled for Friday, October 10th.
