Penn State Football Lands 2 Commitments 2 Hours

This afternoon, Penn State Football recruiting target, Jack Fuchs announced his commitment to the Nittany Lions.

Fuchs marks the second commitment in as many hours. Earlier today at noon, Defensive End, Jackson Ford committed to Penn State. Fuchs marks the 22nd commit in the class of 2026.

Who was the Competition for Fuchs?

Jack Fuchs ranks as an ON3 Industry 3 star. He holds offers from Penn State, Kentucky, Indiana, Ole Miss, and others. The Tennessee native took official visits to Penn State, Kentucky, and Indiana.

Fuchs is a good addition to the class. Admittedly, he is probably not Phil Trautwein’s first option, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. After missing out on Grayson McKeogh and Drew Evers, it became more apparent that Jack Fuchs was the next guy in line to commit.

What Else to Watch For in Penn State Football Recruiting World?

There is another target to keep an eye on for Penn State Football. Besides Jack Fuchs and Jackson Ford, there is another key target announcing today.

In roughly four hours, top Defensive Lineman Damari Simeon is set to announce his college decision. Simeon has led a very quiet recruitment, but the tea leaves seem to indicate Ohio State has momentum with Simeon currently.

Given his quiet recruitment though, it is anyone’s guess.

Additionally, next week is one to watch as well. Offensive Lineman Marlen Bright is expected to announce next week. As well as Cornerback Dorian Barney. They are both prospects to watch for the Nittany Lions.
