The theme for each of Penn State football’s 2024 home games on the schedule are set.

That includes the program’s celebrated White Out Game.

Early Monday afternoon, it became official that Penn State’s 2024 White Out opponent and date will be Washington Nov. 9.

This is the first time Penn State’s played a White Out Game in November since 2015 against Michigan. That was also the last time a White Out was played during daylight. The kickoff time for this year’s matchup hasn’t been made official yet, but former Penn State QB Christian Hackenberg predicts that it will be a 3:30 kick .

This will also mark Washington’s first game in Happy Valley, and the new Big Ten foe’s first trip will be a big deal.

Another big deal will be Penn State’s game against Ohio State, which is scheduled for the week before the Washington game and will almost surely be Penn State’s most anticipated home game.

That contest— which will likely be one of Fox’s “Big Noon” kickoffs— will be Penn State’s annual Helmet Stripe game, just as it was when Ohio State last played in Beaver Stadium two autumn’s ago.

Like Washington, UCLA will be starting Big Ten play this season, although UCLA has played in Beaver Stadium three times before, with the most recent meeting taking place in 1967. UCLA’s return to Happy Valley will be Penn State’s Stripe Out.

Here’s the full list of Penn State football’s 2024 themes for the home schedule.
