Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has made multiple defenders look foolish over the years. There have been countless times when a defender would come close to sacking Jackson, only for him to waltz away from the pressure with ease.
Former Penn State pass rusher Chop Robinson is up for the challenge of attempting to bring down Jackson.
Robinson was asked during a recent appearance on "PFT Live" to pick the one quarterback who he "can not wait" to sack. Without much hesitation, he chose Jackson.
"I would say Lamar Jackson," Robinson said. "I'm from Maryland. Seeing Lamar all the time just running around, I definitely want to sack Lamar Jackson because he's the hardest quarterback to sack."
Robinson grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and he opened up his collegiate career at Maryland. As expected, Robinson confirmed that he did grow up rooting for the Ravens.
"I grew up a Ravens' fan," Robinson said. "I'm not too far from Baltimore. The Ravens have always been in my blood."
The Ravens may need to trade up at the 2024 NFL Draft if they wish to bring Robinson back to Maryland, especially following his standout performance on Day 1 of the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine. He wowed scouts from across the league after posting an official time of 4.48 at the 40-yard dash.
