Brandon Lockley snagged an Alabama offer after turning heads against American Heritage to kick off his junior season.

Lockley is a 2027 prospect, who attends St. Joseph’s Prep in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and he garners a four-star rating from multiple recruiting sites.

The Tide’s linebacker coach Chuck Morrell informed him of his Alabama offer.

“I found out after talking to coach Morrell about my game last weekend against American Heritage and my film,” Lockley told Touchdown Alabama. “My initial thoughts were wow, I just got an offer from The Alabama, and it felt like being a little kid again watching them on TV.”

The 6-foot-1, approximately 220-pounder is familiar with Alabama football’s rich history of development, and he is interested in continuing to build his relationship with Alabama’s staff.

“I love Alabama,” Lockley said. “I know they have a legendary program and produce great talent from every position all the time, and it is a school I am looking forward to building a relationship with.”

Lockley flashed an ability to play in space as a sophomore for St. Joseph’s Prep in 2024. He also excelled when called upon to drop back in coverage to defend the pass. These are both areas Alabama’s staff prioritizes when going after defenders.
