Phoenix Rising return to Jägermeister Cup action against Texoma

SHERMAN — Phoenix Rising return to USL Jägermeister Cup action in their third match against Texoma FC on Saturday, June 28.

Phoenix Preview

Rising drew against New Mexico United FC in their second match of the tournament on May 30, 3-3. Phoenix would go on to win in a penalty shootout, 3-2, after regulation and earn their first five points of the cup.

Texoma Preview

Texoma also came off a draw in their first match against El Paso Locomotive FC, 0-0. They couldn’t come away with the win in penalties, falling to El Paso 6-5. Texoma has one point in the cup.

Phoenix Rising and Texoma FC look to keep adding points in the Jägermeister Cup as they go head-to-head on Saturday, June 28 at 5:30 p.m.
