Juventus have had a bid rejected by Porto for Francisco Conceicao, as the Bianconeri seek to make the winger’s loan move permanent.
According to what has been reported by SkySport this evening, Juventus have had an offer rejected by the Portuguese side – with the Old Lady submitting a fee below the player’s €30 million release clause.
Porto, as per the reports, feel as though other interested clubs may be willing to spend the €30 million and remind Juventus that their loan deal contains no guaranteed rights to sign the player permanently.
Conceicao has started both of Juventus opening two Club World Cup fixtures, with the Portuguese star scoring twice in the Old Lady’s 5-0 victory over Al Ain.
However, with the Bianconeri opting against activating the player’s release clause, which expires next month, they will return to the negotiating table as they attempt to strike a deal with Porto.
