Marta and Barbra Banda guided host Orlando out of a two-goal deficit before an Angel City own goal in second-half stoppage time handed the Pride a thrilling 3-2 victory Friday night.

In the third minute of stoppage, Orlando's Carson Pickett lofted a long cross into the box. It took one hop before Angel City defender M.A. Vignola accidentally chested the ball past her goalie, Angelina Anderson.

The Pride (5-1-0, 15 points) won a game after trailing by multiple goals for the first time in club history.

Riley Tiernan and Katie Zelem had first-half goals for Angel City (2-2-2, 8 points).

Orlando finished with a 15-10 advantage in total shots but could not find the net until the 72nd minute.

Marta scored her third goal of the season when substitute Oihane Hernandez sent in a cross and Marta's low shot glanced off the hand of Anderson.

Just four minutes later, Pickett raced to save a too-far Orlando pass from going out of bounds. She served up a cross from the side of the box and Banda headed it in for her team-leading fourth goal of the year.

Tiernan scored in the ninth minute off an assist from Kennedy Fuller. Zelem doubled Angel City's lead in the 44th on a rebound after a corner kick.

Anna Moorhouse made three saves for the Pride. Anderson also finished with three for Angel City.
