The Las Vegas Raiders need to add a center this offseason, and with their position needs ranging all over the board, they can fortunately find some quality ones pretty late in the draft.

One center prospect who could be a steal for the Raiders is former Miami (FL) center Matt Lee.

Lee started in every game at center for Miami in his final collegiate season, helping lead an offensive unit that finished just outside the top 30 in the nation in total offense (431.2 yards per game). He was named to the All-ACC Second Team.

Pro Football Focus gave Lee an overall grade of 79.0, a run-block grade of 73.7, a pass-block grade of 89.1, and a zone grade of 74.6 for the 2023 season.

Lee transferred to Miami after playing four seasons at UCF. He was named to the All-AAC Second Team for his 2022 campaign in what was his final season as the program's starting center. Lee helped UCF's offense finish 16th in the nation in total offense (469.6 yards per game).

PFF gave him an overall grade of 82.5, which ranked him fourth in the nation among centers.

The season prior, Lee made 12 starts at center for the Knights. He was named to PFF's All-AAC Third Team.

In his redshirt freshman season (2020), Lee started all 10 games at center after playing just four games in his first season with the program. He was awarded 2020 first-team All-AAC honors.

Lee and his UCF teams finished with a winning record every season he was with the program, including a 10-win season in 2019-20.

From February 27 to March 4, 2024, the NFL Scouting Combine will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind.

The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently hold the No. 13 overall pick.
