The Las Vegas Raiders have not enjoyed much success during the tenure of owner Mark Davis. His father, Al, was a legendary figure for the franchise, as well as a pioneer for the league, and he won several Super Bowls with the Silver and Black.
Mark Davis recently became the owner of the Las Vegas Aces, a highly successful WNBA franchise. The team won two championships back-to-back in 2022 and 2023, but came up short last season.
Although Davis was raised around football and has not had similar success with his NFL franchise, he has still founds ways to be incredibly supportive of both organizations.
The WNBA season begins on Saturday, May 17 for the Aces. The Raiders sent a message to the team before their season opener against the New York Liberty, the defending WNBA champions.
"Good luck this season, @LVAces ," the Raiders wrote.

Las Vegas is led by three-time MVP forward A'ja Wilson, as well as other stars like Jackie Young, Chelsea Gray and Jewell Loyd. Head coach Becky Hammon is one of the most prominent leaders in the WNBA as well.
The Aces will look to get back into championship conversations this season, but they will have to overcome the loss of star guard Kelsey Plum. Whatever happens this season, Mark Davis and the Raiders will be in their corner supporting them.
