Cam Inman of Bay Area News Group reports that new San Francisco 49ers running back Brian Robinson Jr. has officially passed his physical, finalyzing his trade from the Washington Commanders. According to Inman, the 49ers are expected to announce the deal on Sunday.
As anticipated, Robinson is not suited up for the 49ers' preseason finale against the Los Angeles Chargers at Levi's Stadium.

Robinson marks the second trade of the week for San Francisco. Earlier, the 49ers acquired wide receiver Skyy Moore from the Kansas City Chiefs, and he is playing in tonight's preseason finale.
The NFL's roster cut deadline looms, with all teams required to trim down to 53 players by Tuesday, August 26, at 1:00 p.m. PT.
