Recruiting Roundup: Cincinnati Offers Four-Star 2027 Quarterback Among Others

 Recruiting Roundup is back as Cincinnati football winds down its final week of spring practice in 2025. We start with an offer for three-star Winton Woods (Ohio) offensive tackle Lual Aleu.

According to Rivals, Aleu is the 30th-best offensive tackle nationally and the ninth-best player in Ohio.

The 6-5, 295-pound tackle holds 15 offers from schools like Florida and Kentucky. Check out his highlights here.

A quarterback offer went out to four-star 2027 Cheshire Academy (Connecticut) passer Keegan Croucher.

According to 247Sports, Croucher is the 62nd-best player nationally and eighth-best quarterback.

The 6-3, 185-pound talent holds eight other offers from schools like Michigan and Indiana. Check out his highlights here.

Whipping over to an offer for three-star 2026 wide receiver Brody Jones out of St. Michael Catholic (Alabama).

According to 247Sports, Jones is the 234th-ranked wide receiver nationally and the 74th-ranked player in Alabama.

Next is an unranked offer for 2026 Lebanon (Ohio) tight end Nick Lautar.

The 6-5, 215-pound tight end holds 11 offers from schools like Cornell and Eastern Michigan. 

Cincinnati also offered unranked 2027 safety Julius Fuentes-Bream out of Bishop McDevitt (Pennsylvania).

The 6-2, 190-pound safety is up to 11 offers from schools like Liberty and Lousiville. Check out his highlights here.

An offensive tackle offer went out to three-star 2026 talent Tristan Comer out of Freeland (Michigan).

According to 247Sports, Comer is the 114th-ranked offensive tackle nationally and the 29th-best player in Michigan.

A fresh offer also went out to four-star Winton Woods (Ohio) edge rusher Jaylen Mercer out of Winton Woods.

According to Rivals, Mercer is the 132nd-ranked player nationally and the eighth-best edge rusher. The 6-5, 235-pound talent holds 22 offers from schools like Illinois and Kentucky.
