Al-Hilal will reportedly step up their pursuit of Inter Milan executives Piero Ausilio and Dario Baccin next month.
According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the Saudi Pro League giants plot a decisive move in September.
Contracted to San Siro until 2027, Piero Ausilio has become a vital member of Beppe Marotta’s backroom staff.
Indeed, the 53-year-old has helped the Nerazzurri president bring the club back to the forefront of Italian and European football.
However, Ausilio’s excellent work at Inter has not gone unnoticed.
After signing Simone Inzaghi in June, the Saudis are now keen to lure Ausilio and Baccin to the desert.
Indeed, they’ve prepared a tempting contract offer worth €5 million per year to convince the former to leave Italy.
Furthermore, they’re ready to hand the latter a €2 million per season deal to swap San Siro for Riyadh.
Meanwhile, last season’s Serie A runners-up are desperate to keep both executives.
However, it’s out of Inter’s control as Ausilio and Baccin must decide whether or not to accept Al-Hilal’s proposal.
