There are some really well-run NFL franchises right now, but there are also some that are in trouble.
The Chicago Bears are one of those teams and if you ask Robert Griffin III, he thinks they're the "worst run franchise" in the NFL.
The Chicago Bears are the worst-run franchise in the NFL. Their fans deserve better," Griffin III tweeted.
Bears fans saw their team drop to 4-12 after Thursday's 6-3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. The Bears couldn't do anything on offense all game even though their defense held the Seahawks' offense to only six points.
Rookie quarterback Caleb Williams only threw for 122 yards but had no touchdown passes and an interception. Their only points came in the second quarter when they kicked a field goal.
The Seahawks' defense pitched a shutout in the second half and didn't allow the Bears' offense to do anything.
It's been an up-and-down season for Williams but if he can get some better coaches in the building for next season, the Bears will have a shot at turning this thing around. They fired Matt Eberflus after their Thanksgiving loss to the Detroit Lions and will be looking for a new head coach when their season ends in January.
There have been rumors that Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson is interested in the job, but time will tell if he gets an interview while the Lions are in the playoffs.
This is a Bears team that has only won 16 games over the last three seasons and hasn't made the playoffs since 2020 when they lost to the New Orleans Saints.
They'll finish their 2024 season with a rivalry matchup against the Green Bay Packers on January 5. A kickoff date will be announced once the rest of the Week 17 games are done.
