Nick Saban feels three college football teams have proven they are a cut above the rest of the field.
The finish line in the race to reach the College Football Playoff is on the horizon, and several teams are still in the mix to make the field. Saban feels multiple teams can take home the National Championship. However, he also feels three teams have separated themselves.
“I think there are three teams that kind of proven they’re a cut above; A&M, Ohio State and Indiana,” Saban said. “Those three teams have kind of shown that they’re a cut above the other teams. The other teams are good enough to beat them, but they all have a little flaw or something that they need to overcome. So, it’ll be interesting to see how that works out down the stretch here.”
Ohio State, Indiana and Texas A&M are the three-highest-ranked teams in the CFP Top 25. Alabama sits behind them as the highest-ranked one-loss team.
