Simone Biles has used her small-but-explosive 4-foot-8 frame to become the most decorated gymnast in history with 30 total medals, including 11 at the Olympic Games.

This summer, with some help from her NFL husband, Jonathan Owens, she made a major change to her physical appearance.

On Thursday, three days before Owens and the 7-3 Chicago Bears took on the 6-4 Pittsburgh Steelers at Soldier Field, Biles recorded a tell-all video on TikTok documenting every part of her breast augmentation surgery.

The gold medal winner answered her followers' questions and revealed the unexpected role that Owens had to play during her extended recovery.

"Y’all lied, this (expletive) hurts so bad," Biles said to the people who told her that recovery from the surgery would be quick and painless. "Your girl could not move by herself. I did take the full two weeks and I’m glad I did because my recovery was rough."

Biles explained that because her upper body is more muscular than the average patient, the procedure required more work from the doctor and caused more pain after. Thankfully, she scheduled it during the NFL offseason in June, so her husband Owens was there to help the next day.

"The very first day, Jonathan had to lift me up out of bed," she said, mimicking his heroic action. "He had to physically lift me up out of bed and take me to the restroom."

It would not have been a difficult lift for the 5-foot-11, 204-pound Owens. The Bears safety is in his eighth NFL season after going undrafted out of Missouri Western State University.

He was signed by the Arizona Cardinals in 2018 but was on injured reserve the entire season. Owens bounced around with the Houston Texans and Green Bay Packers before coming to Chicago. In 2024, the defensive back played in all 17 games for the Bears, recording 49 tackles, one interception, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries.

This year, Owens' role has been limited to special teams as his defensive snap count dropped from 40 percent to 7 percent under new head coach Ben Johnson's regime with Dennis Allen taking over as defensive coordinator.

As they both face changes in different parts of their lives, one thing that remains steady is Biles' dedication to her role as an NFL wife and constant support at her husband's games.

She will likely be in attendance when the Bears host the Steelers in Week 12. The game kicks off at 1 p.m. ET on CBS.
