Sky Sport Italia reports that Simone Inzaghi’s Al Hilal have offered €35m to sign Fiorentina defender Pietro Comuzzo.
Fiorentina and Italy defender Comuzzo is the latest Serie A player targeted by Saudi Pro League giants Al Hilal.
The Saudi side, coached by Simone Inzaghi, has reportedly made an offer worth €35m for the promising Fiorentina centre-back.
According to the report from Sky Sport Italia, it’s still unclear whether Comuzzo would agree to join the Saudi club.
Comuzzo has already made two appearances across all competitions with Fiorentina this season and is regarded as a regular starter at the Stadio Franchi.
The 20-year-old defender has already played 52 games at a senior level for Fiorentina, scoring one goal.
He recently extended his contract with the Tuscans until June 2029.
Al Hilal tempted Inzaghi away from Inter this summer and signed Theo Hernandez from Milan.
As Football Italia exclusively reported earlier today, Al Hilal are also interested in some Serie A directors, having recently approached Inter’s Piero Ausilio and Dario Baccin
