One of the best high school football programs in North Carolina, Charlotte Catholic, has added the talented 2026 quarterback Logan Misocky to its roster.

A left-handed assassin at 6-foot-5, 225 pounds, Misocky played at Covenant Day in 2024, but now brings his talent and skill to one of the top programs in the state over the past two decades.

Last season, Misocky passed for 1,812 yards and 12 touchdowns. He completed 64 percent of his passes. As a result, Misocky was named Player of the Week twice by the Charlotte Observer.

In addition, he won the Private School Player of the Week Award, presented by RBC Wealth Management.

In the Hickory Grove game, Misocky completed 79 percent of his passes for 346 yards and two touchdowns in a 40-21 victory.

As a true pocket-passer, Misocky uses his elite size and athleticism to his advantage, extending plays with his legs and adeptly avoids the rush to keep his team moving downfield.

Misocky trains hard, both at practice with his team and on his own with the help of the trainers at QB Country. He has begun summer workouts with Charlotte Catholic as he prepares for a senior season against some of the toughest competition in the state, including Charlotte Christian, Providence Day, and Weddington. Misocky is ranked among the 10 best 2026 quarterbacks in North Carolina.

As an AP scholar, Misocky excels at hitting the books as well. He has completed several AP courses already and maintains a 4.3 GPA. In addition, Misocky scored a 34 on his ACT test (a perfect score is 36).

As a result, he has received increased interest from prestigious schools such as Brown, Princeton, Yale, Georgetown, Washington University, Johns Hopkins, Williams, Amherst, and Tufts.

The Godfather of Recruiting, Mike Farrell, said this about Misocky,

“Class of 2026 verified 3-star QB Logan Misocky has a huge frame, great size and a quick delivery. Sees the field well and is accurate.”
