There will be better weekends for the pop-culture power couple Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.
Swift spend Sunday night in LA at the Grammys, wearing her custom Vivienne Westwood gown (red, of course) with a red "T" chain on her leg (a message to her boyfriend, of course).
And that boyfriend, Kelce, spent Sunday getting acquainted with New Orleans as he and his Kansas City Chiefs teammates are in town for Super Bowl 59, slated for Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.
As Swifties know, their favorite singer-songwriter is usually unstoppable when it comes to awards, and here, she came in with six nominations ...
But walked out with no wins.
Swift was up for album of the year, best pop album, record of the year, song of the year, best pop duo/group performance and best music video.
She surely ranks as being as popular as anybody - her latest album, "The Tortured Poets Department," dominated the charts and became the first artist to total a billion streams on Spotify in five days.
But Swift lost album of the year to Beyoncé, lost song of the year to Kendrick Lamar, lost record of the year to Kendrick Lamar, lost best pop duo/group performance to Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars, lost best pop vocal album to Sabrina Carpenter and lost best music video to Kendrick Lamar.
So when do the wins start rolling in? Not quite yet.
On this same weekend, Kelce learned that he's being fined by the NFL for his taunting action in the AFC title game win over Buffalo.
Kelce was hit with an $11,255 fine for "unsportsmanlike conduct'' ... and he knows the territory. A few weeks ago, he was hit with a $14,069 penalty for his goalpost dunk celebration after breaking Tony Gonzalez's record for the most receiving TDs in franchise history.
Kelce and the Chiefs (and Swift) hope for better luck this weekend as they shoot for the first Super Bowl three-peat in NFL history when they face the Eagles on Feb. 9 in New Orleans.
