A wine bar? Nitro cold brew coffee on tap? Welcome to the trend in grocery stores, or "grocerants," as young people are changing the way America shops for food. Complicated recipes are out, prepared foods that take minimal effort — or that can even be enjoyed in the market — are the new trend in dining as young people look to their grocery stores to help them maximum their time and their taste.
