Nobody in the recorded history of the NCAA Tournament has been able to submit an bracket that has survived past the Sweet 16, let alone all the way to the end. But while the men's tournament has no perfect brackets remaining yet again, there's one lone survivor in the women's tournament with just a few games left to play.
According to ESPN, one user has successfully predicted the first 54 games in a row and their bracket remains perfect. The bracket, submitted by ESPN.com user LisaVT22, got all of the picks right in the Round of 32 as well as most of the Sweet 16 to set them up nicely with just a few games remaining.
As it stands, they need UConn to knock off Oklahoma and USC to defeat Kansas State to reach 56-0 and completely intact heading into the Elite Eight.

As for their Elite Eight picks, they have some pretty strong ones: LSU, UConn, South Carolina and Texas are picked to come out on top and reach the Final Four, with South Carolina defeating UConn in the national title game to claim their second straight title.
Those are all fairly reasonable outcomes though hardly set in stone.
The odds of successfully creating a perfect NCAA Tournament bracket is 9.22 quintillion to 1. Though the odds might feel shorter with certain combinations such as the top eight teams almost always making it out of the first round.
It will be a sight to see if we finally get a perfect bracket though.
Over in the men's tournament, the final perfect bracket in the 2025 NCAA Tournament didn't even survive the Round of 32 as they fell once Kentucky knocked off Illinois.

Will we get a perfect bracket in the women's NCAA Tournament? Will we ever get one in the men's tournament?
