Timothee Chalamet witnessed one of the New York Knicks’ most memorable wins in recent memory from a front-row seat on Monday.
Chalamet was joined by girlfriend Kylie Jenner courtside for the matchup against the Boston Celtics, and the couple watched the Knicks secure a 3-1 series lead with a 121-113 victory.
After the score went final, Chalamet posted a two-word message on social media.
"KNICKS 4EVER," Chalamet wrote.
Chalamet, now a well-known Knicks superfan, has made his allegiance clear throughout the playoff series with regular posts on social media. He was back at it during Game 4, celebrating the win and snapping photos with Spike Lee and former Knicks star Amar’e Stoudemire. The moment with Stoudemire was particularly special for Chalamet, who shared a throwback photo of the ex-Knick signing a jersey for him when he was just 14 years old.
Chalamet also shared a very animated handshake with Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns after the final buzzer.
"Let's go dawg! Let’s go baby!" Chalamet told Towns, who had 23 points and 11 rebounds.
Further video of Chalamet courtside erased any doubt about the authenticity of his Knicks fandom. He squirmed, leaned forward, and reacted to every play as the team clawed back in the second half — living and dying with each possession.
The Knicks can close out the series on Wednesday in Boston and advance to the Eastern Conference Finals for the first time since 2000.
