Georgia Bulldogs running back Trevor Etienne is officially joining his brother, Travis Etienne, at the next level.
Etienne heads to the Carolina Panthers after hearing his name called at No. 114 overall in the fourth round of the 2025 NFL Draft.

Etienne had said before draft day that he would not be in this position if it weren't for his brother, and Jacksonville Jaguars running back, bullying him into the freak athlete he is today.
The Bulldogs' star spoke about his brother at Georgia's Pro Day, reminiscing about their childhood and how they made everything and anything a competition.
"We would compete with anything, who could do anything faster or better," Etienne said with a big smile on his face. "I remember one day my grandma- we were outside playing catch, me and him, and he kept trying to throw the ball hard, as hard as he can, and I kept catching it. And my grandma was like, 'You know, that's gonna make her better.' It was just funny, because, like, looking back on, like, all those little things he used to do to, like, try to bully me, in a sense, it's really helped. It's paid off."So, I mean, I said I just appreciate him being that older brother that, you know, pushed me to be the best. What's the funniest thing that you guys competed over?"

Etienne continued to go into detail about the made up game that the two would play- and still play today.
"We have this game we play, and we'll be in the house, like he'll stand down the hallway," Etienne explained. "We do this pretty often, and it's like you'll count to like 10 or 11, and a head shot is two points and the body shot is one point, and you just throw the ball and you have to be accurate, like you can't move and you have to catch it's just, it's a stupid game we played."
After spending his first two college seasons with the Florida Gators, Etienne transferred to Georgia for one year, where he rushed for 609 yards and nine touchdowns in 2024, while also recording 32 receptions for 194 yards.
Unlike his brother, Travis, who went 25th overall to the Jaguars in 2021, Trevor will have to work much harder for a starting job in Carolina's backfield that currently stars Chuba Hubbard and Rico Dowdle.
