Skylar Diggins-Smith Loves Unrivaled League’s Lunar Owls Jersey

“They cute”, Diggins-Smith commented on the video.

The tournament which is set to start on the 17th of January this year will be the very first of its kind. The Unrivaled League was founded by Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart to allow female basketball players to earn a lot of money, while also getting some playing time during the WNBA offseason.

The league currently has six teams, and the Lunar Owls has Skylar Diggins-Smith, Courtney Williams, Allisha Gray, Napheesa Collier, Cameron Brink, and Shakira Austin in it. However, Cameron Brink will not be playing in the first season of the Unrivaled League as she still needs to fully recover from her ACL injury. Meanwhile, the other players are getting ready to play from Jan 17th while being coached by DJ Sackmann.

Sackmann has been known in the world of basketball for his innovative coaching techniques and has worked with multi-national sports corporations like I’m Possible Training where he quickly rose to become one of the best trainers in the team. Sackmann has also created an online basketball-training module with a program called ‘HoopStudy’.
