Moa is one of the most versatile high school players in the nation and will have the opportunity to play time at the wide receiver and defensive back positions with the Vols.
Despite not committing to Utah, he had previous ties to the program. His father, Ben Moa, played tight end for the Utes from 2002-03.
Head coach Kyle Whittingham has still managed to string together a strong 2026 recruiting class, highlighted by four-star prospects Kelvin Obot and Jaron Pula.
Utah enters its third season competing in the Big 12 Conference, following a disappointing 5-7 finish in 2024. The Utes have not won a bowl game since 2017 and kick off the 2025 campaign against the UCLA Bruins on Aug. 30.
