The 2025 Women’s College World Series is just one week away, and over the next four days, we’ll get the privilege of watching a 16-team field be whittled down to the final eight contenders.

Earlier this week, we re-ranked the 16 remaining teams heading into Super Regionals—after the chaos of regional weekend, the original seeding just didn’t tell the full story.

On Tuesday, NCAA Softball insider Michella Chester released her re-ranked field of 16, providing a perfect opportunity for us to compare them side by side.
