Watch: USMNT player Walker Zimmerman shows off his Bernadoodle in latest 'Meet the Pets' episode

Walker Zimmerman has a lot on his plate these days. He is currently starring for Team USA at the World Cup in Qatar. His day-to-day job is a stud defensemen for Nashville SC in the MLS. Finally, he's also the proud parent of a Bernadoodle named Bear. 

In the latest episode of "Meet the Pets" presented by Whistle, we meet Bear the Bernadoodle, who Zimmerman says has been a great addition to his family. Zimmerman always wanted a dog and he feels fortunate to have Bear in his life. He knows that whenever he comes home from a game, Bear the Bernadoodle will be right at the door to greet him win or lose.

Throughout the video, Zimmerman feeds Bear Pup-Peroni, his favorite treat. Bear is a natural showman and does a few tricks for the camera: sit, paw and lay down. 

Zimmerman is a two-time Defensive Player of the Year in the MLS. His profile is rising even further as a key cog in Team USA's mission to get out of Group B at the World Cup. Team USA will play a win-or-go-home game against Iran Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. ET.
