The Virginia Tech Hokies went on the road and dispatched the Pitt Panthers in the Peterson Events Center, 84-57. Tech played great team ball in the win, recording 21 assists on 32 made field goals as a team. Carleigh Wenzel led all scorers with 16 points on 6-11 shooting as all five starters scored in double figures for the Hokies. Rose Micheaux once again stuffed the stat sheet with 14 points, 15 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocks and 2 steals in the win. Makayla Elmore and Marley Washenitz paced the Panthers with 11 points apiece in a losing effort.
