Who is Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Girlfriend, Heather Milligan? All About the Power Couple

Milligan is a licensed physiotherapist and owns Elite OrthoSport Physical Therapy & Performance. Her clients include professional boxers, and athletes of MMA, NFL, NBA, MLB, Tennis, Figure skating, Volleyball, and many others. Many of them have been referred to her by her boyfriend. She was also a competitive gymnast for 20 years.

The two first met in 2012, just eight months after his very public divorce from his wife, Maria Shriver. The marriage ended when Schwarzenegger admitted to fathering a son with his housekeeper, Mildred Baena. During that time, Schwarzenegger suffered a shoulder injury while preparing for The Escape Plan, co-starring his buddy Sylvester Stallone.

And after the surgery, his doctor suggested he meet Milligan for physiotherapy. Schwarzenegger said, “So I went to her, and then after my therapy was finished, after I was finished with the movie, I called her back and took her out for lunch to say thank you. And then one thing led to the next.”

The two were first spotted together in 2013, confirming their relationship, and made it official at the Environmental Media Awards in October 2014. She even shares a close relationship with the Commandos’ children and has been spotted multiple times on outings with them.

The couple has been together for 13 years now, and now and then, the 51-year-old is spotted with the Fubar star at events and premieres. But other than a few official appearances, they have preferred to keep their relationship private.

Schwarzenegger and Milligan’s Rare Outing

In a rare sighting on April 28, the Hollywood star was spotted enjoying a date night with Milligan at the popular Japanese restaurant, Nobu, in Malibu. It was their first public appearance together in nearly a year.

Schwarzenegger was dressed casually in a dark blazer and a black top with jeans, while Milligan wore a white outfit and a blazer with gold buttons. 

Before this outing, they were last seen together publicly in April last year when they were photographed together outside the Santa Monica, California restaurant Giorgio Baldi.
