Stephanie Vaquer has earned her right to compete at WWE Clash in Paris 2025 after winning the Women’s Evolution Battle Royal. Vaquer was scheduled to challenge the then-Women’s World Champion, Naomi, before the latter announced her pregnancy during a recent episode of Raw. Does this mean that the former NXT Women’s Champion will be absent from the show in France?
Stephanie Vaquer has had a spectacular run in WWE since making her debut at a live event in Mexico on July 13, 2024. She defeated the then-WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion, Isla Dawn. Vaquer went on to become the NXT Women’s Champion, a double champion, and eventually debuted on the main roster this year. She has had a superb showing on the main roster and deserves to be pushed.
Although she won the Women’s Evolution Battle Royal this year, her Women’s World Championship opportunity has not yet been honored.
Stephanie had plans to face Women’s World Champion Naomi, but things changed after Naomi announced her pregnancy last week on Raw. This could explain why the company, and even Vaquer, went low-profile after a couple of promos.
While all is well for Naomi, who is preparing to become a mother, not everything seems fine on Stephanie’s end. She will be deprived of her title opportunity due to this change of plans. Although she doesn’t control the situation, Stephanie deserves to be at Clash in Paris 2025.
Congrats, @Steph_Vaquer!!

Stephanie Vaquer could come out to announce that, as the number one contender for the Women’s World Championship, she should be awarded the title without a match.
A worthy opponent could then emerge to challenge her for the opportunity and ask her to put the number one contendership on the line. If WWE decides to involve Booker T in this segment or match, it would be a bonus.
Stephanie could become irate if Booker T tries to calm her and instead hit him with the Devil’s Kiss. The WWE Hall of Famer would likely have no complaints about taking the move, as he admires Vaquer and her moveset. Next, Stephanie’s potential opponent could engage in an impromptu match and lose to La Primera.
This would provide a new direction for the former NXT Women’s Champion and benefit her career. Alternatively, WWE could simply award her the title, and a new storyline could commence.
