The regular season of the women's basketball season concluded last week, and many of the conference tournaments have been taking place the last several days. South Carolina (31-0, 16-0 SEC) finished the regular season undefeated, as they did last year, and are the No. 1 team in both polls heading into the postseason.
In the Big 12, Texas (28-4, 14-4 Big 12) finished ranked the highest. The Longhorns are No. 5 in the AP Top 25 and No. 4 in the Coaches Poll in Week 19. Three other teams are ranked - Baylor, Kansas State, and Oklahoma. Iowa State, Kansas, and West Virginia all received votes in at least one poll this week.
