Jordan Spieth Welcomes Third Child

Jordan Spieth and his wife, Annie, have announced the birth of their third child, Sully. Spieth had previously confirmed in February that he and Annie were expecting their third child in July.

Jordan Spieth and his wife Annie welcomed their first child, a son named Sammy, in November 2021. Their daughter, Sophie, was born in September 2023 and will celebrate her second birthday soon. Spieth, who turns 32 later this month, is currently ranked 48th in the world. He has recorded four top-10 finishes so far this season on the PGA Tour. He won the British Open in 2017 and finished tied for 20th the last time the tournament was held at Royal Portrush in 2019.

” he wrote on Instagram accompanied with a picture of his new child.

Annie, who has maintained a largely private profile despite her husband’s global fame, has always been a constant presence by his side. Whether supporting him at tournaments or managing their growing household, she has remained a steady and grounding force in Spieth’s life.

Spieth To Take Time Off For Family

Many expect Spieth to take some time to be with his family and adjust to life as a father of three, even though the PGA Tour season is currently in full swing. The American has in the past emphasized the importance of being present during life’s most meaningful moments. As such, his current priority will likely be spending time with Annie and their children as they welcome Sully into the family.

Jordan Spieth pulled out of his most recent PGA Tour event, the Travelers Championship, during the first round. He cited pain in his neck and upper back. It was the final Signature Event of the season and marked the first time Spieth has ever withdrawn from a tournament in his 297 career starts.

The Official World Golf Ranking currently places Spieth 48th in the world, and the FedExCup standings rank him 46th. He has delivered a solid year with four top-10 finishes. His best result came at The CJ CUP Byron Nelson in Texas, where he closed with an impressive final round of 62 to finish in fourth place.
