LPGA Tour Star Charley Hull Announces 'Exciting' Business Move

Charley Hull is expanding her social media presence just in time for the Chevron Championship. 

Hull, the 2013 Ladies European Tour Rookie of the Year, has become so popular that imposters have tried to trick her fans into making donations online. She called out those scammers back in December.      

"I mentioned this a few weeks ago but after an incident at a tournament recently, I feel the need to speak out again. I will never ask for money or gift cards in exchange for meet and greets or fan club membership," Hull wrote on Instagram. "These clubs are fake and run by scammers. My team and I only use my official social media accounts, @charley.hull (Instagram) @hullcharley (X) at ALL times, there are no exceptions. I am not on TikTok. There are SO many fake accounts out there claiming to be me, if you are contacted them please please report. Let's stick together so we can beat the scammers."

Even though Hull is only active on Instagram, she has decided that now is the perfect time for her to create a Passes account. She made this announcement on Tuesday.   

"Joining Passes is a whole new adventure for me where I can share a more personal, behind-the-scenes look into my life," Hull told Newsweek. "I want the golf world to be more accessible to everyone, and the online golf content community is really taking off. It's the perfect time to join a platform like Passes where I can provide this level of access by leveraging their amazing tech features to connect with subscribers."
