Rory McIlroy reveals ambitious long-term plans for TGL following WTGL announcement

“Obviously, you have massive concerts that travel around the country, and they can set things up. So, maybe. Maybe in time. Obviously, we’re only in year two. We’ll see how it goes.

“Obviously, we’ve got the women’s league coming up later this year, so hopefully that goes well. Maybe, if that’s phase two, phase three is trying to build a facility elsewhere.”

LIV Golf have shown there is an appetite for professional golf around the world, so this would be an exciting move for TGL.

Rory McIlroy’s Boston Common make TGL postseason

Boston Common became the second team to qualify for the TGL playoffs on Tuesday.

After losing to Atlanta on Monday, Boston responded with a 9-2 win over the New York Golf Club the following day.

Without McIlroy, Keegan Bradley , Michael Thorbjornsen, and Adam Scott put in an excellent team performance.

Boston are now at the top of the leaderboard with three wins from four games.
