Simone Biles Reveals She ‘Almost Died’

Simone Biles went through a rough period recently amid major changes in her personal life, including the purchase of a new $3 million mansion.

The U.S. Olympic champion put her body to the test earlier this week, bouncing on a trampoline in a video that caught a lot of attention.

However, not everything was happy for the legendary gymnast this week.

Simone Biles Reveals Terrifying Health Scare

On Saturday, the 29-year-old shared a photo of her arm covered in a hospital wristband. She explained that she had been “in bed resting this week” after experiencing a health scare.

“I’m not one to normally share things like this because I value privacy in today’s age,” Biles wrote on her Instagram Stories. “But almost dying wasn’t on my bingo card earlier this week.”

“This was one of, if not the scariest experience of my life. Especially since Jonathan [Owens] was in Indy for practices,” she continued.

“I’ve been in bed resting this week, I’ll explain sooner or later but s/o to my close circle who reached out, checked in, visited & or sent flowers,” Biles continued on her Instagram Stories. “Loooovveeee y’all.”

The following updates showed Biles in bed with her two dogs. Hopefully, this is the end of whatever situation she went through.
