Bolt d’Oro Colt Quickest At OBS Spring Under Tack Session Five

Hip No. 787, a son of Bolt d’Oro consigned by Top Line Sales LLC, Agent, sped an eighth in :9 3/5, the fastest work at the distance at session five of the Under Tack Show for the 2024 OBS Spring Sale of 2-Year-Olds in Training. 

The bay colt is a half brother to stakes winner Blame J D out of Tipping Point, by Speightstown. Headwinds strengthened as the Under Tack session progressed. 

Hip No. 862, a son of McKinzie consigned by Pick View LLC, Agent, breezed the session’s fastest quarter, stopping the timer in :21 flat. The bay colt is out of Will She, by Wando, a full sister to stakes placed Sweet Grass Creek.

Three horses breezed quarters in :21 1/5.

- Hip No. 777, a bay colt by Awesome Slew consigned by Ocala Stud, is a half brother to graded stakes winning OBS graduate Hades, recent winner of Gulfstream’s Grade 3 Holy Bull Stakes out of The Shady Lady, by Quality Road.

- Hip No. 853, consigned by Tom McCrocklin, Agent, is a chestnut filly by Global Campaign out of Whispered Secrets, by Congrats, a half sister to graded stakes winning millionaire OBS graduate Discreet Lover.

- Hip No. 860, a bay filly by McKinzie consigned by Tom McCrocklin, Agent, is a half sister to stakes placed Clubhouse out of Wild Ridge, by Tapit, a half sister to graded stakes winner Cazadero.

- Hip No. 752, consigned by Wavertree Stables, Inc., (Ciaran Dunne), Agent, is a bay filly by Central Banker out of Tanmawwy, by Candy Ride (ARG), a daughter of graded stakes placed stakes winner Wasseema.
