Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance will be on-site at Turfway Park for Jeff Ruby Steaks on Saturday, March 23, 2024. Jeff Ruby Steaks Day promises an afternoon of exciting racing, with the highlight being the $700,000 Jeff Ruby Steaks, a Grade 3 prep-race for the Kentucky Derby. The 1 1/8 mile race awards Kentucky Derby qualification points distributed as 100-50-25-15-10 to the top five horses.

Turfway Park is honoring Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance with a named race, Race 6, which has a post time of 3:13 PM EDT. Following the conclusion of the race, a presentation will be made to the winning connections, which will include a Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance blanket and gift bag with branded merchandise. To show their support, Turfway Park will promote and feature accredited aftercare throughout the event.
