Pato O'Ward took his second win of the 2025 NTT IndyCar Series season on Sunday on the streets of Toronto.
After getting around Rinus VeeKay during the final round of green-flag pit stops, O'Ward drove away to earn the victory and take a small chunk out of Alex Palou's championship lead. It's the second win in the last three races for O'Ward, who also won at Iowa Speedway on July 12.
O'Ward trails Palou in the championship by 99 points with four races left in the season.
VeeKay, Kyffin Simpson - who earned his first career IndyCar podium - polesitter Colton Herta and Marcus Ericsson rounded out the top-five, with Kyle Kirkwood, Graham Rahal, Callum Ilott, David Malukas and Scott Dixon completing the top-10.
Other notable finishers include Will Power in 11th, Palou in 12th, Nolan Siegel in 18th, Josef Newgarden in 24th and Scott McLaughlin in 26th.
Santino Ferrucci did not start the race after crashing during the warm-up session on Sunday morning. The No. 14 was credited with a 27th-place finish.
The 14th race of the 2025 NTT IndyCar Series season will take place at Laguna Seca on July 27. The Java House Grand Prix of Monterrey will go green shortly after 3 p.m. ET, with coverage on Fox and the IndyCar Radio Network.
