Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Girlfriend’s Relationship With Conor McGregor’s Success Revealed

Arnold Schwarzenegger is not the only celebrity that his girlfriend, Heather Milligan, knows. She is well-known to many celebrities, especially athletes.

Milligan is a licensed physiotherapist, and her clientele includes many athletes, including some world champions. One of them is former UFC champion Conor McGregor, and for him, she is his ‘H Milli.’ The MMA supernova does rehab with her.

Milligan had the pleasure of meeting ‘The Notorious’ for the first time when he broke his left shin bone during his rematch with Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. Determined to return to the octagon, McGregor underwent surgery and then had to go for physical therapy.

And after several sessions, the physiotherapist helped him make a full recovery. McGregor gave her a shoutout on X as well.

“Excellent work today with Heather Milligan of Elite Orthosport! This woman and the team here is incredible! The same team I repaired my ACL within record time back in 2013. The same team I will repair this bone within record time! Let’s go, team!”

The 51-year-old owns Elite OrthoSport Physical Therapy & Performance, an LA-based physical therapy center specializing in orthopedic and sports physiotherapy. With over 20 years of experience, her clients include professional boxers, MMA fighters, NFL, NBA, MLB, Tennis, Figure skating, and Volleyball stars, and many more.

While talking to People magazine about his girlfriend’s profession, Arnie said, “I get to meet a lot of those football players when they come to her clinic because I go there sometimes myself and get some therapy sessions done and all that stuff.” In fact, in one of his sessions, McGregor had the chance to meet the Austrian Oak himself.

But how did the bodybuilding legend and Milligan meet? Well, the story is nothing short of a rom-com.

How Did Milligan Meet Schwarzenegger?

The two first met in 2012 when Schwarzenegger suffered a shoulder injury while preparing for The Escape Plan. And after the surgery, his doctor suggested he meet Milligan for physiotherapy.

Schwarzenegger told People magazine, “So I went to her, and then after my therapy was finished, after I was finished with the movie, I called her back and took her out for lunch to say thank you. And then one thing led to the next.”

The pair started dating in 2013 and have been together for 13 years. The 51-year-old is spotted with the Terminator star at events and premieres. But other than a few official appearances, they have preferred to keep their relationship private.
