Orioles pitcherGrayson Rodriguez has yet to pitch this season, thanks to numerous injuries and setbacks. And, he might not pitch at all at the Major League level this season. That’s just one piece of news from August 1, the day after the 2025 trade deadline.
GM Mike Elias told reporters after the deadline that Grayson Rodriguez won’t need UCL surgery after being shut down in mid-July. However, the right-hander may need debridement surgery to remove excess bone from his right elbow.
That operation, if he needs it, would not prevent him from being ready for the start of 2026.

It’s possible, per Murphy, that Chourio misses at least a month.
