Blue Jays promote prospect Riley Tirotta to Triple-A as Damiano Palmegiani heads to the Injured List

Tirotta featured in the second game of yesterday’s double-header against the St. Paul Saints and the right-handed batter did well at the plate, collecting a hit through two at-bats while collecting a walk as well. After a dominant 2023 season, the right-handed batter started the campaign in Buffalo and is trying to find his power stroke after a slow start to the season. Through 145 at-bats, the Vauxhall Jets alum owns a .228/.325/.414 slash line with six doubles and seven home runs to the tune of a .739 OPS.
