The Los Angeles Angels' decision to call up former Tennessee Vols star Christian Moore is already paying major dividends.

On Tuesday night, in a game against the Boston Red Sox, Moore had a night that had never been seen before in MLB history.

With the Angels trailing 1-0 in the eighth inning, Moore hit a solo blast to tie the game.

Two innings later, with Boston ahead 2-1, Moore hit a walk-off two-run home run to give the Angels a thrilling 3-2 win against the Red Sox.

At first, Moore thought he had tied the game with a triple. It wasn't until an umpire signaled that the ball cleared the yellow line on the wall that Moore realized he had hit a game-winning home run.

Moore is the first player in MLB history to hit a game-tying home run, a walk off home run with his team trailing, and drive in all of his team's runs in the same game.

What a night for the former Vol.
