The Detroit Tigers Triple-A affiliate the Toledo Mud Hens took on the St. Paul Saints for six games and they split the series. Their Double-A affiliate the Erie SeaWolves took on the Richmond Flying Squirrels and won all six games and are currently riding a seven-game win streak. The Tigers High-A affiliate the West Michigan Whitecaps took four of six from Fort Wayne. The Single-A affiliate Lakeland took five of their six against the Daytona Tortugas.

Detroit Tigers Top 10 Prospects Check-In

OF – Max Clark – Lakeland Flying Tigers

Clark last week went 6-22 with a double, three RBI, six runs scored, and two walks. He is hitting .250 with a .695 OPS; he has one home run, 18 RBI, and 20 runs scored.

2B/3B – Colt Keith – Detroit Tigers

Keith’s time on this list is coming to an end here shortly but last week in Detroit he went 5-14 with a double, two RBI, two runs scored, and a stolen base. He is hitting .177 with a .446 OPS; he has ten RBI, and seven runs scored.

RHP – Jackson Jobe – Erie SeaWolves

Jobe is on the 7-day injured list. This season he is 0-1 with a 2.16 ERA, a 1.02 WHIP, and 24 strikeouts in 16.2 innings.

2B – Jace Jung – Toledo Mud Hens

Jung only played in three games and he had a monster week going 5-10 with a double, a home run, two RBI, three runs scored, and two walks. He is hitting .282 with a .924 OPS; he has six home runs, 27 RBI, and 21 runs scored.

RHP – Wilmer Flores – Toledo Mud Hens

Flores pitched on Thursday and Sunday out of the bullpen. On Thursday he went two shutout innings giving up one hit; he walked one and struck out three. On Sunday he went one inning and things didn’t go as well giving up four runs on four hits; he walked two and didn’t record a strikeout. Through 13 games he is 2-2 with a 6.04 ERA, a 1.84 WHIP, and 19 strikeouts in 22.1 innings

RHP – Ty Madden – Toledo Mud Hens

Madden made two starts last week with Toledo. In the first one on Tuesday, he went four innings giving up two runs on four hits; he walked two and struck out four. On Sunday in the second start, he went five innings giving up one run on three hits; he walked three and struck out seven. Between Erie and Toledo, he has made seven starts, but he hasn’t recorded a decision with a 4.55 ERA, a 1.21 WHIP, and 37 strikeouts in 29.2 innings.

OF – Justyn Henry Malloy – Toledo Mud Hens

Malloy only played on Sunday going 0-3 with a run scored, and a walk. He is hitting .271 with a .868 OPS; he has three home runs, 16 RBI, and 15 runs scored.

INF – Kevin McGonigle – Lakeland Flying Tigers

McGonigle last week went 7-24 with a triple, and four runs scored. This season he is hitting .313 with a .806 OPS; he has three RBI, and seven runs scored.

C – Dillon Dingler – Toledo Mud Hens

Dingler last week went 5-18 with two doubles, four RBI, and two runs scored. He is hitting .250 this season with a .726 OPS; he has four home runs, 17 RBI, and 13 runs scored.

RHP – Keider Montero – Toledo Mud Hens

Montero got the ball on Wednesday going 1.2 innings giving up four runs on four hits; he walked one and struck out three. This season he is 0-1 with a 3.27 ERA, a 1.41 WHIP, and 28 strikeouts in 22 innings.
