The Dodger Stadium Express by Metro has been in service since 2010, providing fans with free transportation to Los Angeles Dodgers home games.
As usual, the Dodger Stadium Express bus runs for every game at the ballpark throughout the regular season and playoffs. However, the buses no longer stops at the Top Deck store in 2026.
The Metro bus remains free to those with a game ticket and is a great way to skip traffic and parking hassles, including parking fees that begin at $40 per game this season.
The Dodger Stadium Express is accessible from Union Station and various South Bay stations, including Slauson, Manchester, Harbor Freeway, Rosecrans, or Harbor Gateway Transit Center (Bay 9).
Union Station service continues to operate out of Union Station West and buses run every five to 10 minutes starting three hours before game time through the end of the 2nd inning for all games.
Buses drop off riders before the game and pick up riders after the game at the same stop behind center field. Return service ends one hour after the final out or 30 minutes after post-game events.
Parking is available at Union Station with a daily rate of $8.
For the South Bay Dodger Stadium Express, buses run every 30 minutes starting three hours before game time. The last bus leaves Harbor Gateway Transit Center at game time.
Buses drop off riders behind right field and service back to the South Bay will pick up at the same location after the game.
Return service begins after the end of the seventh inning, with the last bus departing one hour after the final out or 30 minutes after a post-game event.
Metro has been a longtime partner of the Dodgers and in 2022 received a visit from Fernando Valenzuela during the team’s annual community tour week. The Dodger Stadium Express was a reliable option for fans last season even as mayor Karen Bass imposed a curfew amid a stretch of near-daily protests in downtown Los Angeles.
Free parking is available at Harbor Gateway, Rosecrans, Harbor Freeway, Manchester and Slauson stations on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking at Harbor Gateway Transit Center is subject to a $3 fee for Sunday games during the NFL season.
