Dodgers Notes: Dustin May, Walker Buehler Injury Updates, LA Linked to Top Pitchers in Free Agency

The Dodgers greatly missed starting pitcher Walker Buehler in their 2023 season as starting pitching was a clear weakness that showed up at the worst time possible: The playoffs.

Buehler, who is recovering from his second Tommy John surgery, was rumored to be considering coming back towards the end of the 2023 season, but nothing came to fruition.

Dodgers manager Brandon Gomes suggested that the Dodgers could put an innings restriction on Buehler in 2024 to avoid the injury popping back up.

Additionally, we provided an update on Dustin May's 2024 availability, while LA continues to be linked to top starting pitchers on the open market.
