Now, NL Cy Young candidate Tony Gonsolin has become the latest Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher to be shelved.
The Dodgers recalled RHP Michael Grove and placed RHP Tony Gonsolin on the injured list with a right forearm strain, retroactive to August 26.

The 28-year-old righty has broken out in his fourth major league season, posting career-best marks across the board. Gonsolin was looking like one of the top contenders for the hardware in the senior circuit heading into September, but it may know be Miami Marlins' ace Sandy Alcantara's award to lose.

Buehler has already been ruled out for the season and Dodgers fans will now anxiously await an update on Gonsolin. L.A. is currently running away with the best record in baseball at 88-38 entering play on Monday.
