Laura Rutledge's Husband Sends Three-Word Message During 'Monday Night Football'

NFL reporter Laura Rutledge covered the primetime "Monday Night Football" matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and Los Angeles Chargers in Week 12. 

During the Ravens' 30-23 victory, Laura Rutledge was live on ESPN, giving fans updates on injuries, background stories, and potential quotes from the coaching staff. 

While Rutledge was on air, her husband, Josh Rutledge, posted a photo of himself watching his wife on television while sending her a short message. 

"Doin' her thing," Josh Rutledge captioned the post with a microphone and heart-kissing emojis. 

Laura Rutledge later reposted the photo, sharing her husband's message with her 281k followers on Instagram. 

According to Emily Shiffer at People, Laura Rutledge and her husband have reportedly been married since 2013 after meeting at an Alabama tailgate in 2011. They now have two children: Reese Katherine Rutledge and Jack Alexander Rutledge. 

Josh Rutledge is a retired MLB player who spent time in the league from 2012 to 2017. 

With the "Monday Night Football" victory, the Ravens improved to 8-4, while the Chargers dropped to 7-4 on the season. 

Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry led Baltimore to victory, dominating the ground game. Jackson finished the game with three total touchdowns and 192 total yards, completing 16-of-22 pass attempts. Henry recorded 140 yards on 24 carries.
