Let's celebrate Dinger Tuesday with some winners

That's how you kick off a new week! We threw a plus-money prop party on Monday and cashed tickets of +210 and +410 to build up our bankroll for the week. It's perfect timing, too, because you know what Tuesday brings in the heat of baseball season — Dinger Tuesday!

Let's check out some sluggers we like to go yard on Tuesday's loaded MLB slate.

Cracking open a three-pack for Dinger Tuesday

Jackson Holliday (+870 FanDuel)

Holliday is a different player than he was when the Baltimore Orioles first called him up in April. Since re-joining the team on July 31, the rookie has hit five home runs in 11 games and is recording a 50 percent hard-hit rate against right-handed pitching. Washington Nationals starter Jake Irvin gave up three dingers in his last start, and he's now surrendered multiple homers in four of his last six appearances.

Corey Seager (+290 FD)

Boston Red Sox starter Kutter Crawford is a must-fade in home run props right now, as the right-hander has given up a whopping 13 homers over his last four starts. Meanwhile, Seager is absolutely on fire with a .393 batting average, a .964 slugging percentage and a 58.3 percent hard-hit rate against righties this month. In nine career plate appearances against Crawford, Seager is batting .500 with two home runs.

Marcell Ozuna (+400 FD)

Oracle Park isn't a friendly venue for home runs, but Ozuna has the pop to get one over this deep wall. San Francisco Giants starter Kyle Harrison has one of the highest fastball rates in MLB (59.2 percent), which is great news for Ozuna. The Atlanta Braves slugger has a .630 xSLG and a 58.1 percent hard-hit rate against 4-seam fastballs this season. He's also batting .400 with three homers in his last six games.

We'll be betting these three HR props separately, but if you really want to spice up your Dinger Tuesday, you can parlay them on FanDuel at +18815 odds.

In the news ...

Haason Reddick requests trade from Jets — The New York Jets couldn't have handled this Reddick situation any worse. On April 1, the Jets traded a third-round pick for Reddick knowing the two-time Pro Bowler wanted a new contract before the season began. Well, New York hasn't been able to ink him to a deal, so Reddick held out from training camp and officially requested a trade on Monday. What a disaster. The Jets are -172 to make the playoffs this season.

Georgia tops the first AP Poll of the college football season — The preseason AP Top 25 Poll came out on Monday, and to no one's surprise, the Georgia Bulldogs hold the No. 1 spot. Ohio State, Oregon, Texas and Alabama round out the top five, while the reigning champion Michigan Wolverines are all the way down at No. 9. Not only is UGA the No. 1 team in the first AP Poll. It's also the +280 favorite to win the national title in 2024-25.

Jarren Duran suspended two games for calling a fan a slur — Over the weekend, Duran was caught on a hot mic yelling at a fan during an at-bat and calling them a slur. After the video surfaced, the Boston Red Sox and MLB jumped in and suspended the All-Star outfielder for two games. Duran apologized in a statement for using "a truly horrific word when responding to a fan," but he'll miss Tuesday night's game against the Texas Rangers. The Red Sox are +650 to win 90 games in the regular season.
