Reds manager Terry Francona shared his reaction to Juan Soto's record-breaking 15-year, $765 million contract with the Mets on Monday.
"I was shocked at the $75 million signing bonus," Francona said according to Bob Nightengale.
Soto turned down a 16-year, $760 million deal from the Yankees, but opted to stay in New York and sign with the Mets.
