If you've been riding my home run prop bets since Monday, you're in as good of a mood as I am on this fine Friday morning. We nailed two more HR props Thursday night to improve to +22.3 units on the week, which gives us a nice little bankroll with football season around the corner.
We still have one more day to add to that total, so let's finish strong and make this a week to remember.
What are we doing with this price? Bryce Harper is batting .432 and slugging .955 over his last 44 at-bats, and he's homered in three straight games. He also has previous success against Milwaukee Brewers starter Freddy Peralta with a .333 batting average and two home runs in nine ABs. This price should be no higher than +400 considering how well Harper is swinging the bat right now, so we'll gladly take the discount.
Targeting the Atlanta Braves in home run props has been a profitable strategy all week, so why stop now? Los Angeles Dodgers starter Julio Urias has surrendered five home runs over his last three starts, and it's hard to imagine he'll escape Friday's matchup without giving up at least one bomb. Orlando Arcia is crushing lefties this season with a .333 batting average, 1.102 OPS, and seven home runs in 72 at-bats. Let's take a shot at a deep price.
Max Muncy cashed us out with a home run Thursday night, and we're going right back to him again at the same price. The Dodgers slugger has been brutal against left-handed pitching this season, but he has a great track record against Braves starter Max Fried. In 13 career ABs against Fried, Muncy is batting .385 with two homers and a triple. Let's stay hot, Max.
